Accountable intelligence across organisational boundaries.

A useful first deployment connects a defined intake, review and delivery process while preserving the organisation’s authority and record obligations.

Follow the practical example
← All technology families

Map the decision owner

Identify who supplies information, who reviews it and who can approve an action. A service account executing a handler does not replace the accountable person. Make the approval and result visible to the team.

Integrate a bounded workflow

Start with one intake or evidence-preparation journey. Preserve existing records and define the handoff contract. The organisation needs to know where data is stored, which services consume it and how to recover or export it.

Prove the improvement

Compare the existing workflow with the candidate on the same task and data conditions. Record corrections, completion rates and operator effort alongside technical performance. Avoid extrapolating a local test into an organisation-wide saving.

A practical example

An intake record becomes a reviewed case package with a clear responsible owner, source references and retained approval. The next department receives a versioned output rather than an unexplained generated answer.

This explanation identifies the workflow and its boundaries; it does not claim a live operation.
