Mission technologies

Keep the mission working when the link does not.

Local-first field readiness means the essential task remains usable with the resources actually available at the deployment site.

Follow the practical example
← All technology families

Disconnected is a design condition

Package the engine, interface, reference data and required dependencies before deployment. Test startup with the network disabled. Identify which functions remain available, which queue work and which cannot proceed.

Air-gapped is a separate operating mode

An air-gapped installation requires a controlled transfer and update procedure. Define how packages enter, how records leave and how their integrity is checked. A browser cache or a temporary network outage does not establish an air-gapped deployment.

Rehearse the failure path

Exercise power loss, full storage, interrupted writes and recovery from a known backup. Reconnection must reconcile queued operations without silently duplicating effects. The deployment dossier needs a supported hardware profile and observed recovery results.

A practical example

Run an inspection from a packaged local environment, save its evidence, restart the device and recover the record before restoring connectivity. This demonstrates a bounded offline workflow, not universal mission certification.

This explanation identifies the workflow and its boundaries; it does not claim a live operation.
